English version of

Sartori: «Mrs Arianna Bellan, what is your opinion, since you are assessor of the Great Events in Gorizia, about these “Assoluti di Scherma”?»

Bellan: «Actually it is not a project that I have followed directly as an assessor, but I can consider myself as a protagonist; in fact I am also the mother of a girl involved in the “Alternanza Scuola-Lavoro” project. Undoubtedly, this is an event of national importance. I just can thank UGG and the school for what they have given to these students. Living this experience as a mother, I noticed how it has given a positive improvement to these guys»

Sartori: «Can Gorizia consider itself proud of having been the city I which these Assoluti took place?»

Bellan: «Fully proud. I would like to remember that there are many other towns and many other cities, but they have chosen Gorizia, because of all the things the town and UGG could give to fencing and the building itself: it has demonstrated it could host all those athletes at the same time»

Sartori: «As mother of a girl involved in this project, how do you think your daughter could have been grown up?»

Bellan: «Surely in the field of spontaneity: I have seen her changing in her relationships. I have noticed an improvement in problem solving too. I absolutely have to thank the formative part, held by Igor and Cinzia: they have made these guys grow during these last months; it was a great task, but there are very important results»

Sartori: «So you can consider yourself proud both as a mother as an assessor?»

Bellan: «First of all as a mother, because family will always be more important than any other job; and see my daughter growing wiser humanly and in relationships after this project makes me proud. As an assessor instead I’m really happy that Gorizia is home of such an important event »
